Hi LiveEternalLove. From my experience with the I Ching it is unlikely that one could come up with a specific name when seeking an answer. To me the I Ching is more suited to seeking direction and answers. I'm more likely to get a 'go ahead' or 'be careful' or an idea of what I should work on in my life. By the way, thanks for all the good stuff you have shared on your channel.

You have a lovely sincere, humble manner Simona. That book looks like the one by Joseph Murphy that was 'added to' by another author, but I could be mistaken.  I have the original Joseph Murphy book and it is a very good one. I think that our 'higher self' or whatever it is loves to help us and will work with any good method we sincerely use for guidance whether it is the I Ching, Tarot, dowsing or whatever. ( i.e. I don't think the power actually resides in the method). Best wishes.

The way I cast the I-Ching is very fast. I throw 6 coins and a die simultaneously. I let heads be a solid line and tails a broken line. The lines are numbered from bottom to top and in the same order as your tossed coins. The number on the die gives the changing line. You look up the fortune in the I-Ching, which also tells what the changing line means. The changing line can change to its opposite, yielding a new hexigram which is how you can transform the situation.
