The east was alway poorer than the west, not only since communism. Africa was always very poor. That's because of the missing development. When you are down to the bottom, its hard to get out of the hole. if this is a solution, then why do we still have homeless people? maybe they prefer to live outside, beg and die in the cold. You need to research CFR, Trilateral Commission, Securities and Exchange, IMF, WTO, World Bank, Nafta, etc etc etc. These are the real rulers of the US government. There are only a small handful of politicians that are not corrupted by money. Sure the government is the problem, but these people are saying its because of the money that corrupts them and they are demanding a stop to special interests.
