actualy, if you had the game you would understand that she is temporily infused with her pet penguin but when the mew aqua power disapers her pet comes out of her (her pet goes inside of her) it didnt happen before because she can only transform when there is a charenima (forgot how its spelled) anima, and there were none before because kishu likes to follow ichigo and they decided to take a vacation

For all the people wondering why Ringo has a VA, {Voice actor.} She was originally introduced into an OLD play station game, as well as the other mews. This was before A la mode, so no berry. But Ringo was originally put into the game as a bonus character. That's why she has a voice actor, but berry doesn't, that's also why she has her own songs.
