Cool. Annie Wilkes is in my Top 10 villains list as well, although you made yours "Top 11 Scariest Performances", but I think their one in the same type of list anyways.

I hafta admit, I'm a comicbook fan and have a lot of villains in there, including Agent Smith and Darth Vader, who I don't think qualify for your list cause they're not exactly THAT scary. But I also decided to include real-to-life villains like her. But hey, that's why I named it top 10 villains and not scariest performances.

I get why the N.C. didn't think he was scary in Hannibal. He was second fiddle to another psycho again -- in SotL, it was Buffalo Bill, and in Hannibal, it was the guy in the wheelchair that was creepy as fuck. I'm honestly surprised he didn't mention that.
