With our privatized in order for an employer to be able to provide the needed insurance benefits he has to charge more for products. So, customers find it more cost effective to buy from oversea vendors and manufacturers.

johnboy, would you say the same thing if you were the one that lost your job with it's insurance, and at the same time had a seriously ill family member?
I am not for socialized medicine, I am for socialized insurance. I am not for socializing the medicine; but the way the healthcare is funded. If I'm wrong about single-payer maybe we should privatize our police department, our fire department, and our military.

undocumented Mexicans usually pay for their care since that is how it's done in Mexico. It just doesn't cost as much as it does here.
