I've always wanted to get stuck on space mountain. I've been on the ride over 100 times and not once have I gotten stuck. Interesting fact about space mountain. Goofy's barnstormer is faster than space mountain.
i went to space mountain for new years 2010 and i've always had phobia for rollercoasters ,but the truth is that since it was picth black it didnt make it scarier, it made it actually better,because i couldnt see where or how big the drops where and plus,there was loud music.so there wasn't any suspense, so this ride is less scarier than the open light ones, and, it didnt feel like 183ft drop at all. but, i will confess, it was going fast!
are you guys talking about the disney WORLD space mountain? cause i went on it a few months ago after refurbisment and im pretty sure it has no drops bigger than 20 feet. 0.o
Lol, "High speed" is about 30mph after the ride is warmed up...

we got stuck too, once and they pushed our cart down on the track. My son kept yelling "faster, faster" at the guy!

It does has a 183 ft drop. It takes you underground you know.
