I actually think that Odyn's Veil is gonna be a bit of unbalanced against casters - if there aren't similar items that casters can take to counter melee damage !

And casters are already not too popular in the current bruiser meta . . . so that really seems a bit over the edge in my opinion, but hey, we will see . . .

i dont think you can feel better on 1500 elo just cause of riot is measuring ranked always higher than normals. If you have 900 elo in ranked youre measured higher than a player that has 2k normal wins but no ranked at all and those guys are plenty and active.Also consider all those smurfs and players who didnt get to level 30 yet. That might make you better than the standard but youre still shitty against the top players
