how do you get out there from Glendale?

I was there 3 days ago and it was open. Two smart guys got two helicopter rides after trying to climb a hill with a sandrail. It had no brakes, and they wouldn't wear the 5 points. They ended up going down the hill backwards freewheeling, in the dark. Then went off about an 8 foot vertical. The cage made all their bones into zigzags. It even smashed the cage in about a foot. I've never seen two choppers there at the same time before.

I heard they might be closing this area due to someone rolling their truck and dying as a result. Is this true?  If so that blows!!!

They have not closed it down.. And i doubt they will.. Me and my jeep club do cleanups out there to make sure they keep it open.. We also remove all the burnt vehicles out there too..

Yeah there is no more bad ruts its pretty easy..
