You dont ask for your all inalienable rights to remain intact, you state that ''you are sitting down with all your inalienable rights intact in common law jurisdiction''.
When you ask the judge can you sit down?? your showing that you understand/believe that he has authority over you, that he does not.
@TheMyVew I did not ask the magistrate if I could sit down. He 'offered me to take a seat'. What he REALLY meant was to offer me to waive all my rights by boarding his pirate ship. So I conditionally accepted his offer. The condition was for him to agree all my inalienable rights remained in tact. He had my claim of right presented to him the day before so he knew I meant my property rights. If you are going to make comment? Please be accurate.
I really like how you keep calling him "David"..lol Good man I hope you get the remedy you deserve and your case is heard under common law jurisdiction.!
I may be wrong but when the magistrate left the court could you not have assumed authority in the court and dismissed the case. I've seen this in other videos but not sure if they actually get away with it in the end. Cheers.
@freedomisfigment They had already stolen my house and money so I was there to collect evidence of the crime that had already been committed. I am aware of the technique you are talking of and it would do me no good to do that.
why are my comments pending approval?

@mfrank165 Because a lot of women come here and say hateful things. I had to put comments onto approval.

@bigdav123456 We are creating our common law courts in Australia next month. This man will be one of the first to face trial for common law theft.
