Also , the red helmet is a coruscant gaurd troop helmet under captain foxs's command at the time , the blue helmet at walmart is a 501st legion inspired design . There is in fact a captain rex helmet complete with range finder scheduled to arrive later this year with correct deco , so keep an eye out when you see the red packaging replacing the blue and white.

I personally like the wide visor even though its not accurate , you have a better perephrial . Imo Your paper mod on the visor looks terrible and defeats the purpose of the original aesthetic look your trying to acheive , if you must have it though and are not willing or able to cast custom parts then take your paper version tape it to a two liter bottle and cut it out and spray paint the inside and attach with pvc adhesive .

Instead of using paper just go get a sintra for sale sign at wally world. Use your stencil that you have now trace that onto the sintra and cut to size, get a little modeling putty fill it in and mask and paint.
