the videos are freezed frame shots, like how you`d do a stop motion video.... as for the dance it derived from a glitch in the N64 game "golden eye 007".... love these videos tho, always puts a smile on my face xD

It originated from the 007 Goldeneye game for the Nintendo 64. If you moved the cartridge a bit, any characters or items that were moving at the moment would glitch badly and flip around and flail madly. Someone put the glitching to this song, and it caught on as people parodied it. There ya go.
