Had a guy working for me and offered him some "help" to clean up his act...He told me to mind my own business...Well bud you are on a job site and it is my business, let me call you a taxi and we'll talk about it later. He refused and made a scene.He got suspended for a couple of days, came back and had some rum and coke in his coffee cup that morning. i had to let him go after 3rd strike...I guess he wasn't ready to quit...and it cost him his bread and butter...AGAIN...
