The Pivots were easily better. In my opinion at least. What makes you hate Pivot so much anyway? Being good at it proves you have talent, while using Flash makes it easy to make something LOOK good, while it's actually cheap and lazy.

Pivot is a little game in which people are reduced to moving little lines to make stickman animations.

Besides, if I can draw and I enjoy drawing then why can't I?

Pivot has limitations, yes, but my point is that getting past the limitations and making some of the amazing things that have been made with it takes passion. Flash CAN take effort, but people often like to use tweening so heavily that it doesn't take so much. It does give you a lot more to work with, though. And I'm not saying you shouldn't draw, just so you know. This is merely criticism.

Changing a stick figure's position frame by frame into something that creates smooth movement takes a lot of input and practice from the artist. In Flash, you can practically have Flash do it all for you through tweening if you want, as PivotRJ and many others do. And on the other hand, there's no way to make a smooth-looking animation in Pivot without trying.
