This is classic, this might be LWT, but I live in Scotland and STV wasn't much different to this! This was a Saturday evening, Knight Rider was always on Saturdays, I used to sit and watch it at my Grans! I think You Bet! was on in our region instead of physical pursuits.
Is that one of the Pickard brothers (from ''Hollyoaks'') in the ''Frosties'' advert? I've never heard of ''Physical Pursuits'', so guessing it must have been a regional show for the LWT area. A bit like down here in TSW-land, we had a regional show called ''Interpub'', where rival pubs would compete against each other to find the best of the region etc.
I'm pretty sure that's Not The Original Version of "Je t'aime ... moi non plus".
The concept of 'Go for Broke' was never really going to catch on (just like that 1993 game show 'Lose a Million', in the days before they could give away a million, hosted by - irony of ironies - Chris Tarrant).
I love Classic Old Ones.

Well now we know what board game todays "silly bankers" used to play as kids. How ironically true it is that "you have to loose a million to win" :)

"To show you more of DeathTrap would be a crime" because it was such a shite movie, like most of Michael Caine's money-grabbing offerings.
Some really really tight shorts in the Physical Persuits clip.

"To show you more of DeathTrap would be a crime" Really? Honestly? That's the best way to advertise it?
Hmm...
Funnily enough, I was watching (the great) Michael Caine in Dark Knight today.
