People have forgotten that these people are terrorist SUSPECTS. they've never been tried, they've never been convicted. They were never proven Terrorists. yet everyone is scraming "kill the scum" right from the start It was under bush's rule that the military basically kicked down doors and dragged people off to Gitmo.

The reason why NO ONE wants trials is because there's a very good chance that most of these guys would be found innocent after all. then you have a real problem.

Number one rule about PR. Don't tell people what the verdict will be before having a trial. Gibbs and Holder have both said Kahlid will likely be executed for his crimes. Going through a public trial is akin to a show trial. It begs the question, why bother having a trial if you already have a verdict in mind. This whole scenario to me smells like apeasment. Put to death is a little extreme, hellno. I think they were perfectly fine where they were, in Gitmo. However, I agree that they ought to be questioned thoroughly, using enhanced interrogation if necessary to get information.

We need one common place to hold court for these people. They should not be mirandized or given the same rights as American citizens. The trials should be swift and quick! Then put to death after all the information can be obtained from them.Thirty days tops after the end of their trial is finished
