I love it too. I was born in Egypt but came to the USA at 17. I wish I could get an episode of it here in the US. My nieces and nephews love the show a whole lot. I am not married yet and therefore I do not have any children. But someday I would like my children to watch it.
I totally love the Alam Simsim theme song. We bought two DVDs for my kids to try and expose them to Egyptian Arabic..as my husband is from Egypt. They are great, just wish there were more. Filfil is my kid's favorite character. It would be nice if the Alam Simsim muppets would guest on American Sesame Street to try and dispel some of the Islamophobia/distrust of Arabs that the kids' parents probably have.
