Nice hat, douchebag. Now, let's look at your demands. 1. No. 2. No. 3. No. 4. Sorry. 5. What the hell is wrong with you, boy? 6. You're kidding, right?] 7. Nope. 8. Yeah, right, that's gonna happen. 9. Huh? 10. Now you're just being silly. 11. Moron.
Well, the second demand isn't too unreasonable (Pretty much their only demand that ISN'T unreasonable), depending on how you look at it.
Does it mean like the school's janitors who weren't able to get into the cafeteria to clean it because of the protestors' blockade would be compensated for the wages they would have ordinarily earned cleaning the cafeteria?
I'd support that. No reason those workers should have to lose money just because the trust- fund brats wanted to throw their tantrums.
Excellent - taking responsibility to enforce accountability from the hypocritical socially irresponsible greedy institutions. Good work NYU students the revolution starts NOW! Respect and solidarity from London!!!
how is it that the "protesters" ALL seem to be silver-spoon trust-fund-babies who just want to rage against anything they can since they've had no actual obstacles to overcome in life?
I agree. These specific NYU students want to protest for the sake of protesting. Their demands were random and all over the place. If they had wanted a breakdown of where the money was being spent, a say in where the money is spent, and controlled tuition, then I can understand that. But throwing in all that other crap is just plain retarded.
Notice how their first demands were to protect themselves from the deep shit they were putting themselves in and not what they were actually protesting for?
pfft, i was there and all of their demands are hollow. I mean seriously... at one point they deny eating any food because the company that offered it "outsourced to prison labor," yet they accept the food after an hour and eat it anyways. Also, they had no resolve seeing as like 20 kids left to go to class after the first night. They all deserve to get expelled and the students that dont even go to NYU deserve to get arrested. They all wanted attention, and now they can get it...in jail.
You want the general public to be able to access bobst? Are you crazy? I'm not even an NYU student and yet I don't want that 13th demand to be met. You guys pay so much money to be students at NYU, and then you want to let the general public be able to access Bobst? Good luck studying for your midterms.
