the reason there's only 30 seconds, is because she never finished it. They started it, then i think that's when she got her big break on Hannah Montana and they never finished it.

Tons of songs are like that when makeing an album, not all of them make the cut. This song was meant to be on the "Meet Miley Cyrus" album, but didn't make the cut, so it was never released.
