I think it's a little different in the anime: Satoko is talking to Keiichi and think's he's possessed cuz she thinks he killed Rika and stuff. She eventually gets mad and pushes him off the bridge, and Keiichi grabs part of the bridge and Satoko holds part of the bridge, shakes it shaking the whole bridge saying something like "Give him back! Give back Keiichi-san! Give back my Nii-nii!" and then says "Fall, fall, faaaall!!!" (I think) and then he falls wishing that that everyone would die.. o.O

I think he was talking about all of the chaos going on in it, not the actual town. I highly doubt that he would wish for ANY of his friends to die. In Onikakushi-hen, when two of his best friends DID die, you could clearly see that he didn't WANT them to die, even if he thought they were trying to kill him.
