  • i dont have a spray bottle, can i just put it on a cotton pad and wipe it on my face

  • @andresdemeyer I think the spray bottle is better personally but it's up to you.

  • U seem to not under stand I can control my out break is that when I go to the gym and sweat the next day I get a sweat pimple I really don't know the real name for it I don't know if u know the real name for it too

  • @bigboy6969100 i'm not sure... Try the secret acne cleanse though... should help.

  • Yea but this never happen once I hit 30 I get some sweat then out break come out I hate it I been going to the gym for 15 years and never got a out break

  • @bigboy6969100 I recommend trying the secret acne cleanse out for a few days... then following the Acne Erasing Secrets system's diet advice closely.

Some herbs that I recommend may help you too, it sounds like you need to balance the health internally b/c it's reaching a point where you are beginning to break out.

  • I got some acne scars and am passing my razor over it to level it out I hope this work

  • @bigboy6969100 good luck!

  • What can I do with the scars I have

  • @bigboy6969100 writing an ebook called "scar erasing secrets" right now, so like my facebook fan page to be notified when it come's out.

  • Hey David! I just fell asleep with this mask on for about 5 hours.. oops. I have red marks on my face, how long should that last? And what should I do to help it? Thanks

  • @InvaderChowderIsland Not sure, just drink water and should go away fairly quickly!

  • I just used the aztec healing clay today and I think more pimples came out, not many, but a few. Is this normal? Will it heal during the night? Also how many times a week should I do the clay? Once a day? or is that too much? I have a light acne and many scars. Thanks for the video!

  • @starstruck731996 Once a day is fine, if it dries out your skin too much then every second or third day is fine... also, more breakouts may occur at first but just drink plenty of water and do the secret acne cleanse along with it too and it will work better. The secret acne cleanse is one my facebook page!

  • @acneerasingsecrets Does Skin ID work? i got the complete acne therapy system for me and am only 11 lol, but will it work cause like i got some acne and burning redness right next to my mouth! HELP ME!

  • @123viperdude I don't recommend Skin ID... watch more of my videos! I don't recommend any of the "regular stuff" I recommend only natural methods. Get the secret acne cleanse on my fb fan page too... it's free.

  • Thanks and is it possible for marks to look like acne. And do you know how to get rid of them?

  • @TheMacStrange usually it is acne, or a breakout... or something that is caused by the same thing that causes acne. I would recommend trying "the secret acne cleanse" which I give away free on my fan page.

  • And does this help get rid of of acne our just help the redness go down?

  • @TheMacStrange It can do both.

  • Are you talking about apple cider vinegar that you can buy at wal mart or is this like some kind of cream or something

  • @TheMacStrange You can get ACV most anywhere... I do recommend the brand "braggs" though which I get at my local health food store.

  • where can we find the second special item? My english is not rly good didnt quite understand what you said :s xD

  • @jubaflux I think it was apple cider vinegar, you can get that in most health food stores or online... just search "apple cider vinegar acne" in youtube and you'll find a video that I made talking about it that links to where you can buy it online in the description of that video.

  • @acneerasingsecrets thanks alot man ! ill try this and ill tell you if it worked haha xD !

  • @jubaflux Cool, yeah for sure!

  • you have flawless skin.. but were you an acne sufferer yourself? no offense but i would be bummed if we're all hearing advice from someone who's never gone through this crisis...

  • @Sweetcaramel591 Thank you, and yes... I did suffer from acne myself. I had acne for abt 5 or 6 years and had some on my shoulders and back even. Don't have any anymore though :)

  • Lots of discrepancies in your information, i.e warm water does not "open" pores and similarly cold water does not close them. They have no valve mechanism and no muscles inside to do this

  • @joshfinz ohhh... :) Believe what you want! I did the research and testing, you are just speculating. If you don't believe me go somewhere else and learn!

  • if hot & cold methods work, do you think there's a chance for icy hot to work ? like, take a patch & put it across my forehead & get rid of acne.

  • @Subscribe2Skate The reason I wouldn't recommend that is because icy hot is because the patch has chemicals all over it... So you don't want to put chemicals on your skin. The chemicals in icy hot aren't natural either so i don't see them helping! I would recommend hot/cold in the shower.... or using ice on your skin etc... Hope this helps! btw... check out "Duval Boards" on youtube! they have some sweet skating vids! More longboarding but still cool.

  • @acneerasingsecrets thaaanks for the help ! so if an icy hot patch wont work, will using a large ice pack for a while, & then a hot rag work ? then i can cover my whole forehead & still get the heat, yaknow ?

  • @Subscribe2Skate you could try that, I think ice cubes over an ice pack though... You don't need to have something as big as an ice pack... an ice cube cools your face and it melts quickly so you aren't sitting there for hours on end! lol

  • What facial cleanser do you recommend before I put apple cider vinager??

  • @Kiryu141 Honestly, apple cider vinegar is a great cleanser... I will sometimes wash my face with an all natural facial soap before the apple cider vinegar but that's it.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Ohh ok!, and what kind of all natural facial soap do you use??

  • @Kiryu141 I use and recommend a few different one's... check out the "Recommended acne treatment skin care products" video that I made to see them both.

  • believe it or not vinegar EATS my skin off , I got really deep little wounds everywhere after I used vinegar , they heal really hard and even after they healed I remained with reddish spots that don't go away.

  • @Erzsebettttt Vinegar is very strong, I recommend apple cider vinegar which is a little bit different... And I recommend that you dilute the apple cider vinegar if your skin is sensitive as well.

  • @acneerasingsecrets everyone told me to dilute it but I thought that it will loose its power by doing that .. anyway my skin dries really fast and I'm not using any of the vinegar ever again , and btw I used apple cider vinegar and red wine vinegar ..now I get burdock root pills and they seem to work for me but sometimes the pimple have a way to get back..

  • @Erzsebettttt Gotcha, just keep drinking enough water and use what i teach in my videos... From everything I recommend from diet to skin care and cosmetic products. Just keep doing what you are doing and always support your health with good nutrition.

  • @SunKissedBeauty09 I don't think it's bad to leave on overnight, especially if you wash it off in the morning! Thanks for asking :)

  • I was woundering if anyone in Australia has found the aztec clay online without ridiculous shipping costs? Really wanted to try this mask but all sites shipping costs are like 5 times more than the product itself haha.

  • @ManFeelings11 wow, that's quite a bit... check your local health food store because they may have/carry it... OR something really similar... Hope this helps! sorry abt shipping, there's not really anything I can do abt that!

  • @acneerasingsecrets yeh i was just presuming its not sold in aus but ill check it out, thanks for the reply :) great vids btw, im finding the ACV is working wounders and every single product ive tried has made things worse...maybe the switch to all natural will be the solution.

  • @ManFeelings11 Thanks, I appreciate it! all natural is the solution... trust me, i've been there! Thanks for watching and the support :)

  • I didn't use the apple cider vinegar with it yet (I add two spoons of vinegar to my water 2-3 times a day), and I probably won't do it yet. My acne is quite mild, and recently I've managed to remove pimples without getting new ones.

Finally, I'd like to report to you that honey (especially the good sugar in it) heals wounds and prevents scars! That is GREAT for pimples you accidentally opened (I read about a holistic dermatologist using organic sugar in the jungle for wounds).

  • @MadameMcintosh very cool, good for you! thanks so much for sharing.... I've heard it's good but will have to experiment with it further!

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • I'm amazed by the quality of your videos. Your research is always great, I learn new things in a matter of seconds, it's just amazing. I should just keep watching your videos and stop browsing the web for it :D.

I'm gonna try to get Aztec Indian Healing Clay, but it's hard to find someone that ships it to my country. Amazon won't :(

  • @MadameMcintosh Thank you so much! that really means a lot to me... I really appreciate it. I do my best to learn, see different points of view and share that with everyone... all the things I tried when I had acne give me that experiential advice that helps too! That's why I keep making videos! so you and people like you who want to become more knowledgeable can do so! What country do you live in btw? Sucks that amazon doesn't ship there.

  • @acneerasingsecrets Well I could get it from Ebay, but the product is more expensive and the shipping cost is 40+ euros. I was trying to put some money aside to buy the guide on your website, as I want to really do some skin care. My acne has only been getting worse the last couple of days, even though I live very healthy now (I sleep normally, eat healthy, do a lot of physical exercise, ...). What you do here is so great, it made me learn a lot.

  • @MadameMcintosh That's quite a bit to ship, you can get products like it though i'm sure... just look at the ingredients and understand what you are using on your skin. I appreciate the appreciation! It means a lot to know that the time I put into making these videos help people out! :) Thanks for the comment and let me know how else I can help.

  • @acneerasingsecrets I was able to get my hands on 5lbs of that clay, and at first I wasn't very impressed (it felt very similar to egg white masks, and that never really helped me a lot), especially as they say it's the strongest facial. But I gotta say, it really shrinks the acne, I'm finally back to normal again :D. They also say you can eat calcium bentonite clay to improve your skin, but the container says "external use only", so I guess I'll have to find edible clay :D.

  • hey awesome video.

if you mix the applecider vinegar with distilled water or rose water, do you have to refrigerate it /does it go bad?

and should i switch soaps (to i gentler one)? because i bought the Dr.Bronners Hemp Tea Tree one that you recommended, but it makes my skin tight and sorta dry

    thanks C:

  • @snwbordface I mix the clay on the spot and just use what I need... so I don't refrigerate it no. Also, I recommend the sibu or just natural skin care soap... I noticed that dr bronner's make's my skin dry a little bit too... you can use organic coconut oil as a moisturizer to balance your skin out but check out those two soaps... Look on my channel... search the vids for "facial soap" and you'll find the vids where I talk about them and link to them in the description... thanks for question!

  • @acneerasingsecrets thanks! i meant if u make a toner w/applecider vinegar & rose water(to dilute it), do you have to refrigerate it? i checked out the soap vids on your channel. which 1 is more gentle the sibu or just natural?

i also found a natural soap that has minimal ingredients&seems gentle:

Laid in Montana Calendula Soap-Ingredients: Saponated Oils of: Olive, Coconut, Palm, Vegetable, Water, Superfatted with Emu Oil (oil added after saponification) Calendula Oil & Petals

    what do u think

  • @snwbordface personally I like the sibu soap most because it feels like it cleans my face better... but the just natural one does a really great job too and is very effective as well... I like both of them.

That's pretty good, those ingredients are natural! :)

  • thanks for all the good info david!!!

  • @scarletfire28 Your welcome! :) thanks for the comment!

  • you have really good videos you should show apple and viniger mix on one of your videos

  • @black40000 I made one called "apple cider vinegar acne treatment" where I specifically talk about using apple cider vinegar for acne but I could make one mixing the clay etc... thanks for the idea!

  • Hi there! i get under the skin spots and whiteheads on my forehead which are always red and never go away! (they are not millia though) Can you reccomemd any ways to get rid of them? Just discoverd your videos, they are great! Thanks!

  • @kvalentinerose Try what I recommend in this video, also... I recommend that you use only natural and organic skin care products because products that contain benzoyl peroxide and other harsh chemicals could be aggravating and causing more acne. I have over 120 videos now so watch them and you will learn A LOT! and implement what I share so that you can learn and get rid of them! Hope the vids help! :)
