How about people just learn how to drive. If you can't handle emergency stopping you shouldn't be on the road in the first place. STOP all of the stupid safety shat designed to compensate for shit drivers.
Is this the thing which calculates braking force in an emergency? i.e. you slam the brakes on but the car applies whatever is necessary to avoid collision?

The EyeSight can stop a car, but does not stop it on purpose.
Driver has the responsibility to stop a car.
