@LatinaLizzie Thats who Catwoman is. Her character is depicted as someone in the grey area. Yes shes a thief, but shes not evil as proven by the fact that she helps batman numerous times. Ivy on the other hand doesnt really care for anything other than plants. Im also not to familiar with her character.

But i know that Harley is supposed to be a psychologist. So she has the brains, shes just acting like joker due to her affections for him.

No, their's more to Ivy then that - actually, she's effectively Harley's older sister and disapproves of her affection for "Mr.J" -- whenever something would happen, she would go to Ivy for help but would quickly return to him.

All three crime-women are actually friendly toward eachother in their own way: Harley in particular, as you can sort of see here....is really just an overgrown child, with her heart helplessly in the wrong place.
