George kept this brilliant song & video from being released on the "THIS TIME" video collection because he wasnt happy with it, and also because the song didnt make the top 30, & everyone slagged it off. I feel its a very underrated song, absolutely brilliant , and the arrangement and production is avant garde and interesting. Finally, I think the vocals on 'Waking up' , and this particular track especially, are the best Boy George ever recorded. You can hear that CC had toured consistently

The medal song is always one of my all-time-favourites, although it's never in top ten. --- and i love it more than some of other CC's top ten songs. i rushed to search in you tube for this song after i have finished reading Take It Like A Man. the song is so touching. I used to think the song was about George himself, his fame and his numerous medals! --- life will never be the same as it was again...
