The video of SK Gaming killing M'uru was pre-nerf. There was a 10% nerf on M'uru not long after they killed it, this was after that nerf then, of course, there was the massive nerf later on towards the end of BC.

@Sweeneyelawl i think there was a small nerf to it and only like 3-4 guilds got it down then, this is like world 7th i think and it was after a 5 or 10% hp buff to nerf, i think the adds stayed the same, this is well well before the 30% nerf though

I heard Cata arena was more like TBC and then they brought back zerg damage so I quit again. After I quit raiding though I never got back into the game the way it was with you guys...the team we had made it the best 2+ years in WoW and I don't regret that time waste, ha. What about you, Golden?

BC as a whole had better raid content, but as many of the high level guilds have stated, Heroic LK is the hardest boss in WoW history, with Pre-Nerf M'uru in 2nd. As a whole however, WotLK raiding was sub par. T7 was awful, 0 Yogg/Algalon was good, only heroic Anub was hard in T9, and then ICC was pretty easy other than H LK. WotLK had some epic fights, but everything else was way too easy. H LK (at the 0-5% buff) was the hardest boss ever. Hands down.

Too all the people saying content isn't what it use too be. Do your research. Some of these fights now actually are more "complex" than some of the older ones. Most of the people who wish for bc/pre-bc, forget the part it was a living hell too play. Outside / inside raiding, more demanding of your time etc..

@dioxy2 Mu'ru was a god damn mission. My guild spent 8 days playing 7 hours a night before we killed him. But god damn that shit was epic. When he went down vent was silent for like a whole second as everyone processed that he was dead. Then the whole vent just erupted. There was no achievements or anything and you rarely ever got loot but I remember clearly that EVERYTHING was more rewarding back then.

BC was amazing, one of the best games of all time if you consider it an individual game.

@dioxy2 i know this comment is very old but just one thing to note complex isnt dept this fight wasnt complex it was simple, but it had great dept players had to play great on a indivdual level you werent carried you had a job you did it. wotlk content was different boss like in toc had complex mechanics but little dept nothing interacted everything was seporate the fights flet dis-jointed and badly put together. ofc there were great fights in wotlk Mini been my favorite:D

@vegandude : BC itself was THE best content with SWP as THE hardcore content (today u still wipe in swp a lot if u dont know what ure doing :) awsome seeing 20+ lvl80 chars die on a 70 raid encouter :D and knowing u beat this boss when u were lvl70 *g*) and Karazahn as THE best casual raid instance.. damn i miss the good old days of bc :'(
