@chrisvilavelha No, never had PIO on this one. It's a bit twitchy but that's all. Have a look at the outside movie, and the ones for the bigger Monotwirl version on my channel, they all fly the same. Al

@alfoot Thanks for the reply Al, of course with a tractor prop set-up there's less probability. This is the first time I've seen model autogyros, has anyone tried a pusher prop model ? It could make an interesting test-bed for full-size ones....... without the inherent danger ! I'll check out your other videos, and congratulations, your model is wonderful. cheers, Chris.

@peeweet123 Hi, search for Monotwirl in RCGroups.com. The plan and building instructions for the full-size Monotwirl autogyro are in a thread there. The Mini Monotwirl is just scaled down 50% and uses 2mm depron instead of 3mm depron. Motor,ESC and servos are given in earlier comments. Hope this helps, Al

Is it the rotor or the propeller that's helping in lift? Looks as if the prop just guides it around...

Um Barato esse autogiro. É um DEMOISELE!. É um Demoisele, com a grande asa (hélice) girando pela ação da hélice e do seu movimento dando a sustentação para a frente.
