  • Matt looks like Jack Skellington from The Nightmare before Christmas.

  • I grew up watching this show, I still have the tapes my mom recorded for me. I always loved the music that would play when Harry would be telling one of his Railroad stories, like at 4:48.

  • @Cigaretteboatsrule I'm sorry I've been bugging you so much. I won't do it again.

  • the only one who made it onto T&TMR was Didi Conn, I also think Ringo should've been asked to be Mr Conuctor for T&TMR...

  • I tend to find THIS part very funny.

    Schemer: "Aren't you scared?"

    Matt: "No."

    Tanya: "Scared of what?"

Schemer: "Of WHAT? Of everything! Of the dark? Of the Boogeyman? Of the guy with his head on backwards?"

Matt: "What guy has his head on backwards?"

Schemer: "The guy who used to scare the living daylights out of me. THAT'S who's a guy with his head on backwards."

Very funny, Schemer, but the Boogeyman doesn't exist, and neither does the guy with his head on backwards.

  • @bcakapinky I personally wonder if Ghosts are simply some kind of cosmic time loop thing that gets 'stuck' on the *on* position which some people are more sensitive then others due to having similar quality energy in themselves that manifest under the right conditions.

Sorry if I sounded too boring or weird.

  • The deisel at 5:24 looks a lot like Farnsworth from The little engine that could.

  • @Pellesekin The snub-nosed diesel?

  • @bcakapinky Yes

  • Ringo Starr rarely changes his clothes. George Carlin did it more. Ringo isn't as comedic as George Carlin was. Just a thought.

  • Wendy is a fast cutter. :)

  • @SkarloeyRailway01 thats what practiss can do.

  • Some kid shows hav people who are unones, who's pasts are unnone, and thay cant act! This show has ACTORS! good actors.

  • Thomasfan: I was wondering the same thing.

  • what is treacle?

  • @Thomasfan89 tracle is a byproduct of sugar refining, a syrup similar to molassess usually used in baking.

  • @caddy59 thanks for clearing that up for us.

  • It never fails...I'm almost 18 years old, and I'm still enchanted by the stories, the sets, and everything! I can't wait to pass these on to my little ones if they come out on DVD (I think they might...I hope they do if they aren't yet!) ;D

  • @missbeatrix1 i agree with you 100% im 17 and i always loved this show thats why im still holding onto my tapes and cant wait to show them to my kids

  • @hinaruto14 If you do have tapes of it, then please consider uploading some episodes for us. There are some episodes nobody has, and they're some of the best ever. I think we'd all appreciate it! Please :)

  • Anyone notice that Tanya has a Garfield sleeping bag?

  • Doesn't look so.

  • Schemer's a BIG Chicken

  • I always loved watching this as a kid. Schemer was always my favorite, and he still makes me laugh. I wish these were put on dvd.

  • I think that Britt Allcroft and HIT Entertainment should put this series on DVD.

  • I would totally buy the DVDs if they existed.

  • Same here. This show is my childhood.

  • I <3 Mr. Conductor ^_^
