Sorry, I only saw it in a catalogue at the Frankfurt Book Exposition in October 2009. It was among four other pictures on a A5 sized page and the Japanese name read something like "Graphic Design", so I concluded that much from it.

Eh, I found the pic on danbooru. Search for these tags: redjuice and arched_back
Remove the and. Redjuice is the artist. It doesn't say where the picture is from though, but it's a high-resolution version of the one in this vid. Even though I don't see how it's the same... as this vid has more on the left side, while the original has more on the right.
@88TillExTincTioN You can find the image and a few other pieces of work by Redjuice in a sweet art book called "Girl, Illustrated" Redjuice is just 1 out of a ton of featured artist in it totally worth getting. Amazon.com has it, just go to the book section and type in the title and it should be on the 1st page with this very image by Redjuice as the cover.
I want to pay more attention to the awesome music...
But the picture keeps distracting me T.T
