This is never going to happen since our car industries are so money-driven. We're probably going to have the same car designs for a long time unless someone starts investing in what's best in the long run rather than earning money for the moment.

ie. Toyota uses the same car parts over and over again - my friend opened up her car and the car next to hers opened too.

Industrial designers don't know what they're doing. Of course they can sculpt pretty cars, but chances are it won't be made.

if these are our so called future cars, theres nothing future about it. no one can predict the future 50 years from now and guessing are cars are going to look like something from back from the future. Cars are designed for performance, efficiency, and to be more economical, and also to last longer. Since the planet is growing and there population is growing so fast, who would cope for a 2 or one person car... anyways ill probably be driving the same car that i drive today anyhow.

The Japanese are given credit because they're manufacturing techniques are perfected, and the cars they build are reliable, not particularly good looking. And most concept cars are just that, playing around with ideas, some are shit, some are amazing.

Meh, Idk why 2057 is the estimated date everyone uses green fuels, cause most of them are already being tested, not developed, but tested. Bio fuels aren't the only alternative, and you arent going straight from the crop, unless using ethanol, which were slowly going away from as we speak now, even though we just started really using them. They have a car that has a engine which can be held in your hands, alone. It's also fueled by compressed air. Much more mileage then any car to date, and you dont have to pay anything for the air, only the electricity that you use to pump the air in the tanks.
