It looks like he tried to make a clean hit but he didn't. If you contact an offensive players chin or any part of his head with your helmet or pads you need to at least get a 15 yard penalty if not ejected. The responsibility is on the defender to ensure that illegal contact does not occur.

For what it's worth we did play the preseason no.1 last year, granted we lost big time, we played them, and we're plying them this yea too, we beat Florida who was preseason top 10, Miami was ranked 12th when we beat them, we beat beat an underrated Maryland team who won 9 games last year, and we beat SC who's ranked 12th coming into this year.

State when the RB knocked the ball out of ponders hands on a playfake inside the 10 where the TE was wide open for the touchsown, and another to North Carolina on a last minute field goal. But the same could be said for us, we could have easily kicked a field goal and went into OT and beat kentucky, and the first time we faced auburn, if Garcia would have held on instead of fumbling the ball that first and we would've scored, then we would have likely won that game, it took 4 turnovers for them to get that lead. But we have a good chance to win 12 this year.

Congrats to the FSU team for beating SC. SC is a good team that didn't come with all they had in the post season, but FSU needs credit for taking advantage.

Florida State sucks ass, South Carolina won the SEC East last year, and will win the SEC this year which is the strongest conference in College Football and we all know it, Florida State cant even compete in the ACC which we all know is the weakest conference in college football.
FSU won the Atlantic Division in just their second year under Jimbo Fisher and have won 13 ACC championships, including 9 straight from 1992-2000; they are also 16-3 with a 7-win streak against USC.

@BlindEyeStudio Lattimore might have been a FRESHMAN but he is a freshman that rushed for 1100+ yards and 17 touchdowns in the SEC, not to mention 93 yards 2td, 1Rec vs then #1 Bama. This was the last game of the season so both were 'veterans'. This was Greg Reid's first year as a starter, same as Lattimore. We had 3 times your passing yards, over half you rushing yards(even without our leading rusher), more total yardage, and did it all with 7 mins. less of possession time, all that messed us up, was Garcia threw it 2 times without looking while sliding out, and they got picked, that's you saving grace lol

@hisaoawesome FSU's return yards didn't equal up to that much so that is just an excuse for being inferior on offense, we still had more yards, that's all there is to it. You intercept it 3 times but only score one FG off of it. FSU got 2 touchdowns, but so did USC. Ya'll didn't even average 30 yards per return, so thats not impressive. The only difference is ya'll kicked 4 FGs because your offense is mediocre, ours is better so we go for TDs like a Real Team does. USC is better, realize it.

You can't hold playing well againt us, since you consider the ACC such an inferior conference, Florida State did what they outta do. It would be different if we played terrible, than your point would have some reasoning, but again, you can't hold winning against us no matter the teams we played, we played good ones.

For what it's worth we did play the preseason no.1 last year, granted we lost big time, we played them, and we're plying them this yea too, we beat Florida who was preseason top 10, Miami was ranked 12th when we beat them, we beat beat an underrated Maryland team who won 9 games last year, and we beat SC who's ranked 12th coming into this year.

State when the RB knocked the ball out of ponders hands on a playfake inside the 10 where the TE was wide open for the touchsown, and another to North Carolina on a last minute field goal. I don't like using what ifs but we couldve been a 12-2 team last year. So you're really discrediting my Noles.

But the same could be said for us, we could have easily kicked a field goal and went into OT and beat kentucky, and the first time we faced auburn, if Garcia would have held on instead of fumbling the ball that first and we would've scored, then we would have likely won that game, it took 4 turnovers for them to get that lead. But we have a good chance to win 12 this year.

I'm a SC fan and that was great hit on Lattimore but that hit may have made him the best back in the country for 2011 because of his work ethic. I say this because after this hit he bulked his frame by 17 pounds now 6' 233lbs and still runs 4.5 forty. Congrats to the FSU team for beating SC. SC is a good team that didn't come with all they had in the post season, but FSU needs credit for taking advantage.
That being said, FSU fans are being delusional and disrespectful here. Of the places to have pride for your school, a video of somebody getting hurt is not one of them. Some have also written about how the FSU team has a spiritual connection with their team. Look, theres no more of a connection there than there is for SC.
