  • Your tattoos are awesome.

  • Creative, I like that.

  • you just got your rings didnt ya...when ya do your chest you should aim to spread your arms out flat n keep them straight when you bring them back in

  • are those ring dips good for your elbow joints? they seem really wobbly and dangerous

  • thank god things are getting weird on youtube regarding copyrights on music. every fucking fitness video i watch has crappy headbanger music. so annoying.

  • great video! I have also used the rings for training for a year on and off. I have built up size and strength quicker this way than I ever did conventional weight training. Reason being it recruits so many more muscle fibres than regular isolation exercises especially the stabilizer muscles. Your whole upper body must contract simply to hold you there. your lats must be flexed to hold your arms in close and your arms get fried. love it.

  • @eric0sbob Awesome... have you checked out gymnasticbodies ? I bought the book and videos and it's radically changed my training in the last year... it's WAY more fun with that stuff in the routine.

  • those things are siiiiiick thanks for posting man i never knew u could do so much with those things ;]

  • terrific work. check out rafterhanger on youtube. a much better way to hang your rings will give more mobility.

  • Hey man, do you know if weighted push ups will build muscle, or weighted dips with chairs( using a weight vest for both )? I know it will add strength, but will it add size? I got dbs, but dont have a spotter, and would be stuck doing floor bench press. I know gymnastics use rings and they are not the biggest guys, but they got some ripped muscular arms. I have no room for a smith machine or nething, so I am stuck with doing sum other movements, but dont know what.

  • Building muscle comes from the progressive loading on the muscle and not from the equipment. You can build muscle using anything as long as you provide progressive resistance through any method including range of motion and leverage or weight.

  • where do you buy the equipment?

  • Not that hard to make it yourself. Visit your local hardware store with some rope or metal cable hook it up somewhere and your ready to roll.

Why pay $20 - $30 for what someone else made when you can do it yourself.

I know how to build computers so I'm not going to ask or commission someone else to do it for me.

  • Have you ever made a set? Can you show us how?

  • You can get them online and they will ship them to you.

  • That has GOT to be a super tough way to do dips!

  • The dips really rock when you do say 5x5 and at the top, turn your palms forward. You can really feel the tension sweep up into your upper chest.
