  • ex Norfolk and Western Ry, prior to that Shenandoah Valley RR

  • Nice RS3L.

  • LOVE THIS VID!!! nice speed hes smoking the tracks full time, like the conrail/ ns horns that type

  • Lovely smooth video, what camera are you using?

  • This was captured with a Panasonic PV-GS120 DV camcorder. It was mounted to a tripod, which was mounted to the truck bed.

  • @KI4NAK outstanding vid. what roadway is this located in and what city? i would love to pace a train like this.

  • @KI4NAK how did u keep the wind gust from killing your camera microphone? i barely heard any wind shear at all. the sound is so clean and crisp.

  • The horn has seen better days, but still sounds nice. Nice job, this is a great shot.

  • Very hard core!

  • I got to admit, that is a beautful RS3L

  • awesome video!

  • ex CR 6218 built June 1993 and has UCI IFC cab signals and that RS3L is 15 yrs old, so unless it gets occassional TLC it won't last, nice vid Dave! :)

  • that train runs through here at mexico mo

  • that must have been fun as hell, how fast were you going.

  • Our top speed was between 50 and 55 mph. Nothing like having the wind in your hair, and a Conrail horn in your ear!

  • Nice video! That RS3L is odd it seems like one of the bells is about to stop working.

  • Excellent handling of the camera. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.

  • VERY WELL DONE!
