#1. Reuben is female.
#2 She spends way too much time submerged. She has A LOT of green on her carapace. She needs more time to bask in THE SUN. She could develop shell rot, and a serious calcium deficiency.
#3 If she MUST stay in an aquarium, to prevent her flipping over and drowning, the water needs to be at least twice the depth has her shell is wide. Please, think of Reuben's safety.

i used to have a painted turtle called green machine, i always used to catch bugs and feed them to him when i was a kid
