  • i meant the same song lol.. not this clips. but yea.. we were right next to whoever recored this.. San Antonio tx, at the White rabbit. wohoo!

  • Eifach de hammer, di bänd! i love this sound!

  • SO ORIGINAL ITS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love how he always has his back to the crowd

    ingenious!

  • he isn't the first to use such a technique...the entire band Cool Hand Luke used to perform with their backs facing the crowd...this provided the viewer with a more personal experience of the music...

  • that doesn't sound logical at all...it seems very impersonal that a band would play with their backs to the audience. In fact, it seems down right rude. The closer I am to witnessing what the musicians are actually doing--as opposed to having to envision/guesstimate--the more personal the experience...hence the whole notion of smaller shows being more personal. It's cool to differentiate n all but the whole point of a musical performance is to "SHOW" your music...visually.

  • sssshhhhhh.... "you can't see music" ...ssshh

  • hmm actually he plays with his right shoulder pointin at the crowd.

  • no, Alaska.

  • does anyone know the story of their name? Cause when I herad it for the first time, I also tough they were form here, from Portgual. but then a frined of mine told me they were from Alaska...

  • Ya, it's on wikipedia, check it out.

  • don't check wikipedia...although its often a credible source, the page for Portugal. The man is highly inaccurate. Look through interviews. I'm sure something will come up.
