I used to work in the Leckie Building, kitty corner to the Steam Clock, where the office workers counted on the steam clock to sound off on the quarter hours.

Cool video! Too bad you couldn't get any comments from Ray Saunders, who made the clock. He's there tinkering with it from time to time.
