ya , I did a high profile charity event for a Hooty tooty school...for the cookbook that was handed out to the sponsors , my recipe was carrots and water...take a bite of a carrot and while chewing it suck down some ice water...i love it.

Its all about the sauce , for this one I took a can of Dei Fratelli Tomato sauce and whipped in one of those small cans of tomato paste and added fennel thyme and oregano...whipped it good with like a 1/4 cup virgin olive oil.

I also make homemade pizzas frequently. Maybe once every other week. Although the dough is the only homemade thing, it still beats pizza out of the box. I was wondering how you make your pizza sauce as well.
