The red ones are Krimzon Guards, the blue ones work for the underground (Torn). Yellow are in the palace. Like in real life, policemen and security guards dont wear the same suit.

Lurkers were enemies in the beginning. In the future, theyre allies since the Metal Heads came into the picture; so they found some safety in Haven. But that damn Praxis had to come into the picture and enslave all those that were still alive. Bastard...

@YeahBoyandJaeFace In the start of Jak & Daxter the precursor legacy, there is a cutscene showing those two " Coal And Maja " or something like that, telling the Lurkers to attack and stuff, at the end Jak & Daxter sort of kill Coal and Maja by dumping them into a tower of dark eco, without anyone to control them and after many years they might have become good for some reason, cause Jak & Daxter & the others went trough that time gate and ended up in the future Haven City if im right.
