I see things like this, and think "Wow, Shatner looks so much different now than he did when he was young!" And then he smiles and laughs, and I think "Oh, there it is!" He still just has the cutest smile.
Maybe the next one... He sure looks great. He's heavier, but everyone gets heavier when they get old - if they dont regulate what they eat.
Would love to see another one - I dont see any reason why there couldnt still be TV movies or alternate movies with the original cast - fuck the doctor, etc. They could exclude most of 'em in Generations, they can do it again in another one.
TNG crew movies - dont Abrams style - would rule, too I think. I mean think of First Contact on TURBO!!! =)
shatner should be on the new movie but sadly he did died on startrek generations. so casting him on the new star trek movie is gonna be a big conflict on the storyline

i researched bills last name beleiving it to mean something profound. come to find out the word shatner is just the past tense form of the word shitner...
this all very disapointing and frankly if Mr. Shatner is not in it, the next Trek Movie, I shall in my own unique way do my utmost,my very best to encourage everyone I know in Trekdom (and that is many indeed!)... not to go see it ...this film.
Nimoy has betrayed his very best friend and I feel shamed for him and this production.
Shatner and we fans deserve better than one slap in the face after another!

Check out 'Star Trek in 21st century' - it gives a different view on what's been said about Nimoy and Shatner and XI :)
