Why does the statement on the US Dollar, "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" not have a period after it? Could it be that it does not meet the standard for a lawful (Legal) statement. Whereas in law, all punctuation must be correctly used in all statements/questions otherwise the "statement" is nothing more than a group of words. Can anyone answer why the period is missing?

They Austrian school of thinking is a more ethical way of living, and also a lot more practical. It also makes for a better society as well, it encourages people to do well and be self aware and reliant. It encourages life and liberty, true freedom.
These ideas have been around for a while, however I think the time as caught up with the idea.

September 13th, 2011 was one hell of a day for Washington DC. They got to hear not only from Ron Paul, but also from Peter Schiff speaking before congress. Too bad we all know that they will not take any of the expert advice that Libertarian minded people have been preaching for a long time now.
We will know when we are at the tipping point when other countries start to spending the majority of their surplus buying other currencies, land, or resources. Plus when people realize it and riot on the street, it will be no way to go back.
It's quite obvious Vice Chairman (and congressman) Jones was unaware of the severity of the situation until this hearing. In his first question (around 31:15), he appears calm, but seams surprised at what he's already learned. However his final question (48:55) he appears nervous, even guilty of something(he just admitted to his vote on Glass–Steagall). After hearing the answers to his final question (56.:33). He looks VERY worried and sweaty. (Then he gets up and leaves quickly.) Go Ron Paul!!
