Charles Henry Baker is the best candidate to move Haiti forward. He will fight for the rights of the Haitian people instead of filling his pocket with the people's money like the other presidents have done in the past. Corruption and greed will get Haiti nowhere, and as long as they have God in their heart instead, Haiti will move forward. Choose right and Haiti will be back on its feet in no time. Don't forget the Europeans and even the Americans will trust a Caucasian more with their money.
