@benjovi55 they do it when their health deteriorates/when they are sick. Or something like this can happen to young whales if they are chasing a fish or seal towards the beach and miss calculate the tide and gets pushed onto shore and gets stuck.

What's wrong with this? Sure it's a dead killer whale, a beauthiful creature, but it's dead, why not show it to your kid? This is what i hate so much about kids these days, they're being over-cuddled and still wet themselves until the age of 16.. It's a good thing, teaching your child about life and death at a very young age, it will make them stronger in life, don't get me wrong here, don't let 'em kill things or stuff, but this has great value to growing up..

I think theres nothing wrong with teaching a 2 year old life.Life and death is pretty much one of the reasons for living.But yes I do agree with most of you who think people should quit whaling.And you cant expect a 2 year old to grow up and not know a thing about death.
