Comodo Security has a Defense module that does the job without all that blocking and those messages, but disabling UAC without any other protection is not a good thing to do.
@codeAwesomeness True, I would recommend keeping it too. But, you can also change to different levels of UAC which some people may not have known about. Make it notify you more or less often.
It's better to have UAC on. Because you will know if there is a problem on your computer or software that you are using.

UAC is pretty useful sometimes even to advanced users. I recommend keeping it.
