Amazing! Brecker may no longer be with us, but his legacy will live on forever at UMiami. Jose Valentino is a harbinger of hope - that jazz will live on and survive. While the other musicians in the ensemble do show promise, it is evident that Mr. Valentino alone will carry the torch passed from Michael Brecker to Gary Keller. Sometimes his ideas are eclipsed by his raw passion and innovative desire - unexplainable by western harmony, such ideas can only come from God. Keep it up!
