i am building these types of board to sell they are tailor made to suit you, and the main board if you want to buy it will cost £150 and will controller the rev, speed, temp and fuel it will also do a f1 style rev range and a gear indicator, there will be other board available to cut your cost down if you cant afford to buy the main board there just cut down in to separate boards, i will also be making a unit to controls real gauges like turbo, oil pressure and fuel pressure

Depends how you calibrate the gauge, but if you take that possibilty into account whilst calibrating, then the needle will go over the suggested range.

what if your driving a car with the rev limit over 7 like the formular atlantic 4ages? witch is at 11,000rpm. wouldnt it look kinda gay having the needle off the clock. its cool for the speedo going off the clock but rpm wise

My needle was calibrated to stop at 140, but you can calibrate it to stop wherever you like.

No, this will only work with Simulator software, not arcade games. This is a limitation of the Arcade games, not RSIM.

Why would you need the RXC addon card? Doesnt the Plasma Lite V2 support everything without the need for the expansion card?

The Plasma-Lite is only an input card. The RXC or NITRO cards are required to provide outputs, such as gauges as you see here, and LED outputs.
