I think it's rad as hell that he runs. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge F13th fan, and have been since the beginning.... But there's something downright terrifying about Jason brutally charging you... "wooo clap clap" its "oh fuck" they better not fuck it up. i hope it is good. at least decent. but at least hopefully itll be better than all these new over abusive computer graphic horror movies that come out nowadays. they dont make em like they used to.

Two gripes. One. Jason Motherfucking Voorhees does NOT run. He doesn't have to. He's Jason. Two, I wish Kane Hodder was playing Jason. For the uniniated...Kane played Jason in VII, VIII, Jason Goes To Hell and Jason X. And...he's damn good at playing Jason.

On another note, I am this remake is as awesome as Halloween's and the Chainsaw's prequel. I personally think both those films were amazing.
If they're into remaking all the classics, I totally think Hellraiser is next in line right after Nightmare. Imagine what today's special FX could do with Pinhead and the cenobites?! I'm giddy just thinking about it.

Are they forgetting that Mrs. Vorhees was the murderer in the first? I guess they're just brushing her off altogether because the public wants Jason.
All this running business really isn't a big deal, and people who are saying their considering not seeing the movie because of it could never call themselves a true fan. Jason ran in certain ones anyways, before he got all zombie and undead on us. Trailer looks awesome!

Lot of People been saying and asking lately...When did jason start running? Well if you watch his past films he has ran before. He has even made some grunts and yells. He's known for being the faster killer. He moves alot fatser. He walks and even runs alot in his films. Watch friday the 13th part 2 and 3 and i think 6. He runs a few times.

They should have got Kane from WWE to play Jason,but I must say Jason does look like he's going to be bad-ass!I just saw the dvd version of an alternate trailer,and he looks even MORE bad-ass than in this one!Of course the acting isn't going to be Oscar-worthy,but then again,which Friday has ever had top-notch acting?

That's been the most talked about part of the trailer is seeing Jason run like a bat out of hell towards the girl. They seem to be making this one more realistic. You can't just walk and catch up to people. Producers FINALLY get that. Making him run is more realistic. And more cool looking when it's a character as crazy as Jasson Friggen Voorhees!
