  • new a dam answer is that the "HEAVEN"?

  • or oooor just get a ferarri

  • outstanding

  • dude thats what i want, 3 monitors in a row showing one big image for my pc games. How do i go around doing it? thanks

  • Nice setup, man. I wish multimonitors worked in multiplayer :(

  • Fucking awesome!

  • I've finally uploaded the 3 x 42" screen setup of Forza 3. It's a more dynamic video, showing some fast paced scenes that the 3 screens help highlight more effectively.

Only goes for 2 mins, so check it out.

  • I had luck with the note at the end...otherwise I will have tryed the samne method....but with only a game! I thought you need only one game....one XBOX an d 3 monitors:D . Nice setup man!;)

  • I've mentioned numerous times throughout the comments how it's done.

Doesn't sound like you have 3 xboxs from your description?

  • hey man, i have also 3 screens to my xbox but how do you get one sceen on 3 monitors. because now i have on 3 monitor 3 the same screens.

  • how did u wire your xbox to pc monitors ?

  • @djpillin There's a few methods. I can't post links, but if you go to dealextreme you can purchase item 30944, or the way I did it was with 3 of item 709 and 31951.

Good value at around $7 each xbox.

    Good luck.

  • Yeah, this is great! I want to pay $4000 dollars to play one game!

  • @Albee213 and I forgot the $400 dollar chair plus the $100 dollar wheel!

  • @Albee213 The cost was quite small for me. I had 3 xbox's purchased on credit gained from trading games back and forth, so cost me no actual dollars. It would only cost $340 for 2 extra ones anyway. Games were free from trading too but Forza3 is only $29 if you had to purchase it. The extra 2 monitors were borrowed. The rig was made with my brother and I at next to no cost as the steel was free, and the actual seat was free too. Wheel was $129, but once again, free cause of credit trading.

  • @TheSly100 Its not 'FREE' if you're giving away stuff you purchased, Or traded, that has value.

  • @lyme3m Agreed, but I didn't give away, or trade games that I paid for. Without going too much into detail, my outlay of actual cash was returned, plus thousands more, because trading games between stores can turn a profit of around $60 per transaction, if done correctly. Your inital payment of games gets returned very quickly, and yes, these items are free to me, as they cost me nothing. They have value, no doubt, but to me they were free.

  • lol 3 xboxes 3 games and of course 3 screens...oh my godd xbox xbox xbox.....you know, il stick with computers..much easier gaming and set up, AND NO RED RINGs OF DEATH! cheaper games, and of course much more fun WITHOUT PAYING 7 bucks a month to play online....

  • Each xbox generates a different view of the game, and each one is showing a 1280x720 screen. A single xbox cannot generate a 3840x720 (1280x3) picture, which is essentially what the resolution of the 3 screens is.

I have 3 x 42" screens now, so next video will be testing the game on those :)

  • @TheSly100

i''d love to see the triple 42"!!!!

  • why do you need 3 xboxs? why not just get audio and video splitters?

  • you need 3 xboxeS??? WTF >:|

    thats gay

  • Can you make a video on how you set it up or link one because I can not find a video of how to do this. Thanks

  • Wow you could of bult yourself a very nice pc with that money.

  • Ahahah i loved the remark on the cup holder ;)

  • i'd like to create a setup like this. does anyone know the best monitors to use? one's with the smallest bezel's.

  • Looking at this project also. Monitors would need to be good balance between bezel and price tag.

  • 3 monitors, of course, 3 xbox's & 3 copies of FM3. here's the question: do all 3 xbox's need hard drives or can i just the rock my elite along with 2 other arcade consoles?

  • It depends if Forza supports play on an xbox with no hard drive. Cause all mine have hard drives, I don't know if it does.

  • would you try running it w/o the other 2 hard drives to see if it works and let everyone know? thank you.

  • Looks great. I'm already used to it on the PC.(live for speed, Grd) on that I use he Matrox TripleHEAD2Go. but on this am I correct in thinking that you need 3 Xbox360's and 3 copies of the game? and can you expand on why you have silver membership for L and R

  • You need an xbox and the game for each screen. I use the silver membership method to connect the three xbox's in order to link. I haven't confirmed though whether you can do it without having a silver membership. I just know it works when I do that, and it's free anyway.

  • why dont you hook it up on pc instead?? theres tons tons of good driving simulation than forza 3.

  • True, but I don't have a Matrox triple head card.

  • @ji3200 Forza is the best racing simulation

  • @javelinxd44 hahaha.

  • What's the song accompanying the video? Its pretty nice.

Neat setup too, I didn't realise forza 3 supported things this way. I can imagine it being damn useful to be able to turn your head to check who's on your wing rather than changing the view with the right stick. Very nice.

  • Song is Magnificent by U2.

It is extremely useful. During play, if you switch the left and right screen off, it's such a huge difference to how much you can see.

  • what will u do if u get red rings

  • Probably just use some hemorrhoid cream, and rest up.

  • Nice Vid. What size are those monitors?

  • They are all 22 inch.

  • dumb and pointless. and expensive

  • Funny thing is they said the same thing to your parents when they applied for IVF. They should of listened.

  • @TheSly100

Nice try i've already graduated though.

  • Damn that looks expensive.

  • The actual expense out of my pocket was less then $50 (cables, adapters). Everything was either given to me, purchased with gift cards, or via trade 3 for 1 deals. If I had to buy all of this gear outright, there would be no way I'd do it.

  • I know you need 3 Xboxes, 3 monitors, and 3 copies of the game, but here's the one thing that I can't seem to figure out: how is the connection made between the consoles? Is there a cable that unites them? Do you have to have all 3 Xboxes online at the same time or just the host console?

  • Each console is on the same network via a switch. They are signed in with seperate gamertags. The left and right ones just have silver memberships, the middle one is my gold account. Once you are in the game you go to profiles and establish which screen you want that console to be. They then connect to the main console through the game.

  • 3LCD 3 Xbox360 3 Games, more than 1.5gs~

  • you'd think it would be fairer to

use a system link protocol to allow

one copy of forza 3 to run on three

machines from hard drive. A simple

system that requires the disc in the

host machine to enable the program

    to run the peripheral systems!

  • why do you need 3 xboxs and forza's? i didn't think you did...

  • Each LCD screen is connected to a seperate xbox. In Forza, under Profile > Multiscreen setup you can say which Xbox is the host and which is a client, and select whether it's left/right view (as well as replay or rear view mirror). The screens are 1680x1050, so it's effectively running at 5040x1050 resolution at 60fps. A single xbox could not do this...besides the fact it only has one HDMI out :)

  • You need an xbox for each LCD.
