Wait, so is this piece meant to be staccato-ed since they said "non-legato" at the front? I'm really confused cos everyone else on here is playing it rather legato-ed and my exam is in.......13 days :x

you must maintain a CONSTANT TEMPO and also isn't there supposed to be pedal and since there is pedal, it turns out not to be too staccato like you played it. Also I feel that you do not express the dynamics clearly enough. But other than that, u play the notes very clearly! I think u just need to make a few adjustments

I dont think that makes much difference. the piece is called Presto and the speed says 200

@tt116116 yeah detach all your notes. when you're in the performing tempo, it sounds almost like staccato throughout.

To everyone saying it's too slow - in practical examinations you are allowed to play pieces under tempo, as long as the tempo you choose is consistent throughout, like in this video.

@tennisman927 In my opinion, it is true that he needs to improve contrasts, but in terms of speed, I think even the score says to do to 152, the song should be able to listen without the anxiety of hearing a bad piece learned, played too fast.

@nitorify Sono spagnolo così io non parlo italiano (dico questo perché se ci sono errori di ortografia). Ho anche suonato questa canzone e penso che la velocità consigliata la scuola è troppo veloce, quindi se pensate che suona bene, vai avanti, se fossi l'esaminatore mi Punteggio l'interpretazione piuttosto che tecnica, soprattutto a questo livello.
