Preemo's drum programming and drum tweeking is GREATEST EVER and I mean even among other legendary hip-hop producers like Pete Rock, Large Professor etc, I mean the kick and snare in this song is the essence of boom bap golden era hip-hop, I must of listen to Kool G Rap's "On The Rise Again" about 6 times straight, the snare drum in that song is so fucking dope besides the drum pattern, it drugs you and you have to listen to it.
@canibusnj i would like this comment 100times if i could...you are totally right...and btw that snare from ''On The Rise Again'' i think he uses a similair snare in Blaq Poet's ''Voices'' which is a great track btw :)))
check the rapture that I meggegdy manufacture,,,,,body snatcher,,,,,here to throw the pitch again gotta switch again because we back up in this bitch again...........(dre)

@JaguarLexusCentral His earlier work has a different feel to it. Moment of Truth in 98 by Gang Starr was the birth of the Preem that your probably used to hearing. Neither sound is better. Preemo is just all dope, all the time
@jeffreybiderpdee Totally disagree with that, Illmatic, The Sun Rises In The East and Hard To Earn in 94 WAS THE BIRTH OF THE PREEMO THAT EVERYBODY LOVES AND IS USED TO HEARING MY FRIEND!!!! The late 90's and early 2000 was still a GREAT era for him but the mid 90's is Preem in his ABSOLUTE PRIME in my opinion.
Preemo needs a documentary
