The official coincidence theory is flawed.
Both twin towers had 110 stories.
Both were hit in the upper 3/4 of their structure, which was built to withstand jet impact.
Even if steel weakened/reached yield & later ultimate strength at these temperatures, you think there was jet fuel weakening all the structure on floors 1 to 80? What happened to the structural support from those floors holding all that weight all those years? It melted too? Identical failure modes for two separate incidents?
