One way you might be able to make this better is english sub titles. I do like watching and listing to this at the same time, and I know the dubbed and subbed both have alternating Eng an Jap subs for the opening.

This is a great song, for a great anime. I love this tune's upbeat melody, the vocals and music really mold well together. As for the anime itself, Kenichi... is one of the best comedy action anime's I've seen in recent years. The English is dub is well done to, which makes it even more enjoyable:). Something serious can be happening one moment, and then the next, something completly random & hilarious plays out :)
