Such a beautiful song. This is what great dance music should sound and feel like. I remember buying this and playing both sides over and over. I was playing clubs in NYC that wouldn't allow for it to be played prime time but still made a lot of headway in the underground.

@wezilla21 I love House, but in my opinion this is jazz dance music. Mr. Fingers can not be reduced to just one genre of music, he is a combo of Jazz Funk/Acid Jazz, Uptempo R&B, and House. This cat is timeless. Better put, when music was music.

This came out in 1989, not 1987. It was, also, on the album "Introduction" that came out in 1992.

I'm looking for "Survivor" by Mr. Fingers--which is off the Introduction album.

a subsidiary of gherkin records on buena street in chicago.
